You can simplify the above:

4y-36x+36x=32+36x4y36x+36x=32+36x
4/4y=36/4x+32/444y=364x+324
y=9x +8y=9x+8

But there is no discrete solution. xx could be any real number, and yy would take the corresponding value given by the solution we found (9x+89x+8).
