Length of the chord=12.7

Explanation:

A chord that goes from (pi)/3 to (11pi)/12
so it travels the distance (11pi)/12-(pi)/3=(7pi)/12;
or
(7pi)/12-:2pi=7/24 of the Circumference of the Circle
Area of the Circle=pir^2=48pi
or
r^2=48
or
r=sqrt48
or
r=6.93
Circumference of the circle=2pir=2(pi)(6.93)=43.53
Therefore Length of the chord=43.53times7/24=12.7
