so it travels the distance (5pi)/4-(3pi)/4=(pi)/2;
or
(pi)/2-:2pi=1/4 of the Circumference of the Circle
Area of the Circle=pir^2=16pi
or
r^2=16
or
r=sqrt16
or
r=4
Circumference of the circle=2pir=2(pi)(4)=25.13
Therefore Length of the chord=25.13times1/4=6.28
