Period = 120 degrees
Vertical Displacement = -1

Explanation:

For period use the equation: T = 360/n

n would be 120 in this case because if you simplify the equation above it would be:

#y = 3sin3(x-3) -1#

and with this you use the horizontal compression which would be the number after "#sin#"
