I found:
x1=8+58
x2=858

Explanation:

Write it as (dividing by 2):
x22+322x+122=0
x2+16x+6=0
x2+16x=6
Add and subtract 64:
x2+16x+6464=6
x2+16x+64=6+64
(x+8)2=58
x+8=±58
x=8±58
so:
x1=8+58
x2=858
