You put a point on -22 on the yy-axis. Then you go up 22 and to the left 33 because the left means negative. ((+2)/(-3))(+23)

Or you can go down 22 (negative) and to the right 33 (positive).
((-2)/(+3))(2+3)

You can't go left and down ((-)/(-))()or up and right (+/+)(++) because the that will give a positive and the slope is negative.
