Explanation:

#x>=(x+6)/5#

Multiply both sides by 5.
#5*x>=((x+6)/5)*5#
#5x>=x+6#

Subtract x from both sides.
#5x-x>=x+6-x#
#4x>=6#

Divide both sides by 4.
#(4x)/4>=6/4#
#x>=3/2#

To graph on a number line, used a closed circle because of the #>=# inequality. An open circle would be used if it were only #># The arrow points right to indicate greater than #3/2#.
