With inequlities, whenever we divide by a negative number, we have to switch the sign. That is an important fact you should know, but shouldn't really come up today. I just want to make you aware of that. We could solve this inequality so that we would need to take that into account, but I know an easier way :)

First, we distribute that negative into the parentheses. That would give us #-8+s<0#. Now we just need to add #8# on both sides, giving us #s<8#. That's it. Nice work!
