Expand and simplify.

#6(x-3)-4(x+1) geq 2x-13#
#6x-18 - 4x - 4 geq 2x-13#

#2x-22 geq 2x-13#

#-9 geq 0#

Now this is obviously absurd so the inequality does not hold.

There is no solution for this. If you graph #y=(6x-3)-4(x+1)# and #y=2x-13# you can see that the two lines are parallel and never intersect and that #y=2x-13# is always greater.
