Probably the easiest two point to evaluate are the intercepts.
When x=0
color(white)("XXXX")3(0)+2y = 6 implies y=3
and when y=0
color(white)("XXXX")3x+2(0) = 6 implies x= 2

So if we draw a straight line through (0,3) and (2,0)
we will get the graph for 3x+2y = 6#
