Your cylindrical coordinates corresponds to:
$r=5$
$phi=pi/6$
$z=5$

In terms of rectangular coordinates you get:

$x=rcos(phi)=5sqrt(3)/2=4.33$
$y=rsin(phi)=5*1/2=2.5$
$z=5$
