x-intercept #= -5/3##color(white)("XXXX")#y-intercept #=10/3#

Explanation:

The x-intercept is the value of #x# when #y=0# (that is it is the value where the equation crosses the X-axis and along the X-axis, #y-0#)
If #y=0# the equation becomes
#color(white)("XXXX")##6x-3(0)=-10#
#rarr##color(white)("XXXX")##color(white)("XXXX")##x= -10/6 = -5/3#

Similarly for #y#
