I would use the Chain Rule, deriving $sin$ $sin$ first as it is and then the argument:
$y'=cos(x^2+1)*2x=2xcos(x^2+1)$

How do you find the derivative of sin(x^2+1)sin(x2+1)sin(x^2+1)?
