Log form and index form are interchangeable.
Value = 1.613

Let $log_6 18 = x$ ......................this is in log form

$6^x = 18$ ...................................this is in index form.

$6^1 = 6$ and $6^2 = 36$ , so $x$ should be 1.????

$log6^x = log18$

$xlog6 = log18$

$x = log18/log6$ ....................there are no laws for this.
