Yes; this will not blow the fuse.

Current (I) varies directly as Voltage (V) and inversely as Resistance (R)

In this case
color(white)("XXX")I=(24 v)/(6 Omega)= 4 ("volts")/(Omega) = 4 " Ampers"

Since this is less than the maximum load that the fuse can handle,
the fuse will not be blown.
