Explanation:

For 2 or more resistors in a parallel resistance can be calculated by

1/"Resistance(in parallel)" =(1)/"Resistance 1"+1/"Resistance 2" + 1/"Resistance 3" ....... and so on.

For two resistance can be calculated by

Resistance= (Resistance 1 * Resistance 2 )/"Resistance 1 + Resistance 2 "
