Multiply out the bracket giving:

#-5-3x>=20+4x+3#

#-5-3x>=23+4x#

Add #color(red)(3x)# to both sides (removes it from the left)

#color(green)(-5-3xcolor(red)(+3x)>=23+4xcolor(red)(+3x))#

#-5+0>=23+7x#

Subtract 23 from both sides (leaves #7x# on the right on its own)

#-28>=7x#

Divide both side by 7

#-28/7>=x#

Swap everything round the other way
