In the picture above, the numbers that are filled in are the prime factors of the number. To find the prime factors of a number, you would do the prime factorization. The numbers that can't be further "factorized", are the prime factors.

32 : 2*2*2*2*2 or 2,2,2,2,2

70 : 2*5*7 or 2,5,7

So basically to find the prime factors of 32 and 70, just prime factorization it, and then the numbers that can be further more factorized is the prime factors.
