The answer is : y = -5x -22.

The standard form of the equation of a line is : y=mx+c, where m is the slope.

Since you have a point (x, y) = (-4, -2) through which your line passes, you just have to solve the following equation in order to find c :

y = -5x + c

-2 = (-5)*(-4) + c = 20 + c

-22 = c

Therefore, the equation of your line is : y = -5x -22.
