The answer is : y=1.2x0.2

Any linear function has the following form : y=mx+b, where m is the slope.

So if m=1.2, you have :

y=1.2x+b

Since you have the point (x,y)=(1,1), you can find b by solving the above equation :

y=1.2x+b1=1.21+bb=0.2

Now you have your answer :

y=1.2x0.2
