The answer is : #y = 1.2x -0.2#

Any linear function has the following form : #y = mx + b#, where #m# is the slope.

So if #m = 1.2#, you have :

#y = 1.2x + b#

Since you have the point #(x,y) = (1,1)#, you can find #b# by solving the above equation :

#y = 1.2x + b => 1 = 1.2*1+b => b=-0.2#
