#y=-6/5x+3#

Explanation:

First evaluate the slope #m# as:
#m=(Deltay)/(Deltax)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(-3-3)/(5-0)=-6/5#

Then you can use the realtionship:

#y-y_0=m(x-x_0)#

Where we can choose the coordinates of, say, the first point to be (#x_0,y_0#):
#y-3=-6/5(x-0)#
#y=-6/5x+3# which is in the form #y=mx+b#
