What is the boiling point elevation formula?

Delta T_b= k_b * m

This is the basic formula.

DeltaT_b stands for the change in boiling point, i.e. , if initially the boiling point was T_1 and the final boiling point T_2 ,then DeltaT_b= T_2 - T_1.

k_b is known as the ebullioscopic constant.

*m * stands for molality.
