I kindly ask you to see the explanation.

Explanation:

There is no such gastrointestinal symptoms. Instead the gastrointestinal diseases' symptoms do exist.

Firstly, let me divide gastrointestinal system into two parts; the upper one (esophagus, stomach, and duodenum) and the lower one (intestine and colon).

Let's start from esophagus. The esophagus is formed of muscles that are under the PNS control. When these muscles become weak, the disease called pyrosis (R12 ICD) occurs.

Right after the esophagus, stomach comes. There could be numbers of problems. For example, stomach ulcer is one of them. Usually, symptoms are pain after meal. In sever cases, it could be turn into internal gastrial bleeding.

Duodenum can be affected with ulcer too. The symptoms are the same as they are in the stomach ulcer. When both stomach and duodenum are affected with ulcer, it is called gastroduodenal ulcerus (K29 ICD).

In small children, intestines are generally affected with some parasite such as pinworn. The symptoms are diarrhea, fever, vomiting, insufficiency of apetite, etc.

Hemorrhoids are malformations of colon's vascularization. It is common in women after giving a birth due to the effort and pressure that is being exerted on the muscles while pushing. The symptoms are bloody coproculture due to the rupture of a vein, and pain while in toilet.

In the gastrointestial system, liver is counted too. Hepatitis type A, B, or C, as well as cirrhosis are very common diseases of the liver. Symptoms include pale look, yellow eyes, fever, vomiting, change in coproculture, and stomach pain when a pressure is exerted on it.
