You haven't given the dotplot itself, but I'll try to answer

The mean is simply found by adding up the scores and then divide this number by the number of golfers.

The mode is the score that is obtained by most golfers. This only works if ther is one such score. If there are two (or more) scores that occur in the same number, your dataset is said to be multi-modal, and mode makes no sense

The median is computed by ordering your golfers according to score and taking the score of the middle player (or the mean of the two middle players if you have an even number).
