Expression for area is 12x^2-9x and that for perimeter is 14x-6.

Explanation:

If width of a rectangle is w and length is l, its area is wxxl and perimeter is 2xx(w+l).

Here, width of rectangular blanket is 3x and its length is 4x-3.

Hence, its area is 3x xx (4x-3)=3x xx4x-3x xx3=12x^2-9x

and perimeter is 2xx(3x+4x-3)=2xx(7x-3)

= 2xx7x-2xx3=14x-6
