The prefixing signs to co-ordinates matter.
For Q I it is (+. +). Interchange keeps the point in Q I.
For Q II it is (-, +). The interchange shifts the point to (+. -) of Q IV. and vice versa..
For Q III it is (-, -). Interchange keeps the point in Q III.
