It depends what you know as standard form?
As far as equations of straight lines are concerned, standard form is
y = mx + c otherwise known as the gradient/intercept form.

The equation given is therefore already in standard form.

General form for a straight line equation is ax + by + c =0

y= 5/6x+5/12 " "xx12

12y =10x +5

10x -12y +5 =0
