#x=5# is (generally) considered the "standard form" for this equation.

Explanation:

In general the standard form for a linear equation is
#color(white)("XXXX")##Ax+By = C#
#color(white)("XXXX")##color(white)("XXXX")#with #A, B, C epsilon ZZ and A>=0#

In this case #A=1#, #B=0#, and #C=5#
So we could claim that the standard form was;
#color(white)("XXXX")##1*x + 0*y = 5#
but this seems a bit pedantic.

#color(white)("XXXX")#On the other hand:
#color(white)("XXXX")##color(white)("XXXX")#using the word "pedantic" is probably pedantic.
