The answer is $x=3$

If we move all terms to left we get:

$x^2-6x+9=0$

which according to a formula $(a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2$ can be written as:

$(x-3)^2=0$

A square of an expression is zero if and only if this expression is zero, so we get:

$x-3=0$

Finally after moving $-3$ to the right side we get the answer $x=3$
