The solution for the system of equations is

$2x-3y=-13$ .....equation $(2)$

Solving by substitution:

$2x-3y=-13$

$2 * color(blue)((4-2y))-3y=-13$

$8-4y -3y=-13$

$8-7y=-13$

$-7y=-13-8$

$y=(-21)/(-7)$

$color(blue)(y=3$

Finding $x$ by substituting $y$ in equation $1$

$x=4-2y$

$x=4-2 * color(blue)(3$

$x=4-6$
