$x=-9, \ \ \ y=4$

Given equations

$x+3y=3\ ......(1)$ &

$2x=4y=-2$

$x+2y=-1\ .........(2)$

Subtracting (2) from (1), we get

$x+3y-(x+2y)=3-(-1)$

$y=4$

setting the value of $y$ in (1), we get

$x+3(4)=3$

$x=3-12$

$x=-9$

Hence the solution is $x=-9, \ \ \ y=4$
