5times Equation 1.
$5(4x-y=-1)$
$=20x-5y=-5$

Add 5XEquation1 to Equation2
$20x-5y=-5$
$+6x+5y=18$
=> $26x=13$
$x=13/26$
$x=1/2$

Sub x into Equation 1:
$4(1/2)-y=-1$
$2-y=-1$
$-y=-1-2$
$y=-3/-1$
$y=3$
