How do you solve #tan(x)=cot(x)#?

First of all the conditions:

since there is the #y=tanx# function, #x!=pi/2+kpi#

since there is the #y=cotx# function, #x!=kpi#.

So, together: #x!=kpi/2#.

Than, remembering that #cotx=1/tanx#,

#tanx=1/tanxrArrtan^2x=1rArrtanx=+-1rArr#

#x=+-pi/4+kpi# both acceptable.
