So as our 33 is next to the xx and not the coscos, we need to divide by 33 right at the end. First step is cos^(-1)cos1.
cos^(-1)( 1/sqrt2) = 45cos1(12)=45
45/3 = 15453=15.
If the questions asks about limits and says something along the lines of 'between 00 and 360360', you'll need to find several others answers along with the 4545 before you divide by 33.
