#x # would be * #3/2 or 1.5# *

Explanation:

To find #x# you would put 3 on the other side and it going to become negative.

So like this.....
#-7x + 3 = -15/2#
#-7x = -15/2 - 3#
And then you calculate it .....
#-7x= -10.5#
And then you divide each side by -7 to isolate it....
#-7x/-7= -10.5/-7#
#x= 1.5 or 3/2#
