As #442# is clearly divisible by #2#, hence #sqrt442=sqrt(2×221)#

Now to check further divisibility one should try till #15# as it is approximately equal to square root of #221#. One finds it is divisible by #13# and dividing one finds #221=13×17# and hence

#sqrt442=sqrt(2×13×17)#

Now, it is observed that one cannot take any number out as no prime factors occurs twice and hence

#sqrt442# cannot be simplified further.
