I found 214.

Explanation:

Start with the division inside the bracket:
=2[7(9)+120]-152=
Now deal with the multiplication of 7 and 9:
=2[63+120]-152=
add inside the [];
=2[183]-152=
multiply the 2 and subtract 152:
=366-152=214

You may notice (but I do not want to confuse you) that inside the square brackets you had:
7(63-:7)=7(63/7)=cancel(7)(63/cancel(7))=63 immediately!!!
