Explanation:

x-xintercept is when y=0y=0
0=1/4 x+2->1/4 x=-2->x=-80=14x+214x=2x=8
So the x-xintercept is at (-8,0)(8,0)

y-yintercept is when x=0x=0
y=1/4 *0+2=2y=140+2=2
So the y-yintercept is at (0,2)(0,2)
