When the line crosses the y-axis the x-coord will be zero.
Letting x=0, substitute into equation to find y-coord.x=0 : y = 0 + 6 = 6 → ( 0 , 6 )
Similarly when the line crosses the x-axis , y will be zero.
y=0 :
