Given equation x=y+5x=y+5, express in equation in term of y,

x=y+5x=y+5
y+5=xy+5=x
y+5+(-5)=x+(-5)y+5+(5)=x+(5)
y=x-5y=x5

Hence the graph is y=x-5y=x5

A straight line with positive (+x) gradient that has a y-intercet at -5.
