One way to do this is find any two distict points on the graph then draw a straight line through them. Since

$f (0) = - \frac{1}{2} (0) + 3 = 3$ $f(0)=-1/2(0)+3=3$

and

$f (2) = - \frac{1}{2} (2) + 2 = 2$ $f(2)=-1/2(2)+2=2$ ,

the point $(0, 3)$ $(0,3)$ and $(2, 2)$ $(2,2)$ are on the graph.
(Note: You can also use intercepts.)

So, by plotting those points and drawing a straight line through them,
