you can spot 2 points on the x and y axes and draw a line that passes through them.
For x-axis: y=0 then #0=3x+4#
#-4=3x#
#x=-4/3#
so we've found the point that the line intercepts x-axis : #(-4/3,0)#

Find the point on y axis similarly, by letting x=0
#y=3*0+4#
#y=4#
Therefore the point that the line intercepts y-axis : #(0,4)#

Mark them on the graph and combine them with a line
