Rearrange to #y=mx+c#

#5y=2x-10#

#y=2/5x-2#

y intercept is when #x=0#

So #y=-2#

X intercept is when #y=0#

#2/5x-2=0#

#2/5x=2# divide both sides by #2/5#

#x=5#
