Next two terms are $-21.875$ and $54.6875$

It is a Geometric sequence, whose first three terms are

${1.4, -3.5, 8.75}$

Hence $r=-3.5/1.4=-5/2=-2.5$

Further $-3.5xx-2.5=8.75$ , which is third term

Hence, next two terms are

$8.75xx-2.5=-21.875$

and $-21.875xx-2.5=54.6875$
