#x=1# is a line perpendicular to x- axis, hence a line perpendicular to it would be a line parallel to y axis. The line parallel to y axis and passing through #(-4,-5)# would be #y= -5#

This is a situation easier than you think!
#x=1# is a vertical line passing through #1# on the x axis, so the perpendicular to this is na horizontal one passing throug -5 on the y axis!!!!
So the equation of your line is #y=-5#
