vertical phase shift: 0
horizontal phase shift: right 30 degrees or #pi/6# in radians

Explanation:

cot is not being multiplied by anything therefore amplitude is 1.
period of tangent and cotangent with no stretch is always #2pi#.
nothing is being added outside of the inner function so there is no vertical shift, but there is subtraction inside the inner function shifting it to the right 30 degrees.
