No, they don't.

Explanation:

The period is the time it takes for one complete cycle of a harmonic oscillation, e.g. sound.
The frequency is the number of cycles completed in one second.

The amplitude tells us the maximum displacement from the equilibrium point (e.g. the loudness of a sound).

Frequency and period are related: #f=1/t#, but amplitude is not.
