#y= 4/9(x-9)#

The line joining the two intercepts is depicted in the figure. The slope of the line would be #tan theta# as shown there.

Slope of this line would be #4/9#. It passes through point (9,0), hence point slope form would be

#y-0= 4/9 (x-9)# or simply #y= 4/9(x-9)#
