You may take a close look at the co-efficients.

Some rearranging:
=(2d^3-d^2)+(6d-3)=(2d3d2)+(6d3)

Then we take common things out of the brackets:
=d^2(2d-1)+3(2d-1)=d2(2d1)+3(2d1)

Since inside the brackets is now the same, we may go:
=(d^2+3)(2d-1)=(d2+3)(2d1)

d^2+3d2+3 cannot be factored further.
