The expression should give you zero.

Considering that:

${log}_{a} b = x \Rightarrow a^{x} = b$ $log_ab=x =>a^x=b$ if you have:

${log}_{a} 1 = x \Rightarrow a^{x} = 1$ $log_a1=x =>a^x=1$ only if $x = 0$ $x=0$

and $\frac{0}{\sqrt{1000}} = 0$ $0/sqrt(1000)=0$
